About Cremaffin Sugar Free Mint Flavour Syrup 225 ml

Cremaffin Sugar Free Mint Flavour Syrup 225 ml belongs to the group of medicines called laxatives used to treat constipation. Constipation refers to infrequent bowel movements in which the stools are often dry, painful, and hard to pass.

Cremaffin Sugar Free Mint Flavour Syrup 225 ml is a combination of two laxatives (stool softeners), namely: milk of magnesia (osmotic laxative) and liquid paraffin (lubricant). Milk of magnesia works by drawing water into the intestine through osmosis, while liquid paraffin has lubricant properties that help retain water and fat in the stools. Together, they make the stool soft and slippery making it easier to pass.
